Shift All Stages
Shift All moves every stage in the timeline by the same amount — no need to adjust each stage one by one.
If you only need to move some stages, use sync mode drag instead. Shift All moves everything, including locked stages.
How to use it
- Click the “Shift All” button in the timeline toolbar
- Enter the number of days to move
- Choose a direction:
- Forward — all stages shift to later dates
- Backward — all stages shift to earlier dates
- Confirm — every stage in the timeline moves simultaneously, preserving relative positions and individual day counts
What changes (and what doesn’t)
- Each stage’s start date and end date shift by the same amount
- Gaps between stages, individual day counts, and revision round proportions — all stay the same
- The overall deadline shifts along with everything else
- If any stage lands on a holiday after the shift, the system recalculates working days to keep counts accurate
